Individual Yoga in Sotogrande: Traditionally, Yoga was taught in this way, one-on-one, as the guru passed on the teachings to the student.

Today, there are moments in everyone’s life when it is more appropriate to receive yoga individually, for example, when recovering from an illness, during periods of stress and anxiety, recovering from an accident, or simply to deepen your practice more spiritually.

In this sense, yoga is a therapy for your health and well-being. It can truly aid in the recovery process and provide an oasis in each practice, creating a space for deep relaxation and reconnection.

The experience of receiving the practice individually is also an excellent way to begin your journey with Yoga.

How and Where: You will receive a personalized practice designed to meet your needs. The duration of the class is 60 minutes.

Individual Yoga at Home: The session can take place in your own home or in my studio.
