I am dedicated to sharing transformative methods with people from all over the world in the Sotogrande area. Scaravelli Yoga, movements inspired by the method Feldenkreis and Body Mind Centering, and exercises of Chi Kung. All of them transforming methods that not only accelerate recovery processes, but one gains the pleasure of moving with ease and agility.
Lymph work is also an integral part of my practice through movement, breathing and palpation.
I honor and enjoy developing, creating and delivering classes that are logical, progressive, attractive and body and intellect-friendly to a wide variety of practitioners from experienced yogis to people who have no connection with this or other method of movement.
Your body helps you if you help it: offering concepts, strategies and practices to cultivate attitudes of care, respect, resistance and optimism, will give you its fruits: well-being, vitality and tranquility.
There are times in everyone’s life when it is more appropriate to receive one to one yoga, for example: when recovering from illness, during periods of stress and anxiety, recovering from an accident or to deepen your practice.
In this sense, yoga is a therapy for your health and well-being. It can really accelerate recovery processes and provide an oasis in each practice, creating a space for us of deep relaxation and re-connection.
How are the classes? You will receive a personalized practice according to your needs. They will include movements in different positions, breathing and meditation. The movement can awake some tension already had there. No need to worries. Know that it will be released by the end of the class if you address it.
The duration of the class is 60 minutes.
Individual Yoga at home: The session may take place in your own home or in my studio.
Some of the benefits of consistent individual yoga practice:
Yoga allows us to have a more real and less mental experience, of deep relaxation and inner calm followed by a feeling of greater vitality and resilience. It strengthens intuition so we live in a space of trust instead of fear and pain.
If yoga does not lead to compassion, this is not yoga. The wisdom of yoga should lead to: To give quality love you have to be well. That must be the motivation.
Love means taking care of yourself. Today’s rest has become a real challenge. Because we have so much stimulus, it is difficult not to get carried away. When I say rest, I say relax, relaxation is today the main challenge; because we are all tense.
The more dispersed we are in the outside world, the more we need to connect with ourselves. A guide is sometimes necessary, to serve as a bridge; a door between the person and love for her or himself.
