Available for Connections Through Experience

My Approach

My sessions are accessible to people of all levels of experience. They are designed both for beginners and for those who wish to revisit and deepen the foundations of yoga. The objectives are clear:

• Learn or relearn basic yoga postures.
• Reduce stress.
• Develop awareness of the body and the breath.
• Encourage healthy movement.
• Enjoy the process.

The exercises are simple and repeated regularly, allowing learning to be integrated naturally. New postures and concepts are introduced gradually, respecting each person’s pace.
Classes are personalized and address individual needs directly and explicitly.

Pedagogical Principle

Each session challenges two very common inner tendencies: self-judgment and expectation. Rather than reinforcing them, participants are invited to cultivate a more open attitude and a genuine willingness to work from where they are, rather than where they think they should be. The emphasis is on embracing the process.

Session Structure (60 Minutes)

All classes follow a coherent and integrated structure that includes:

• Relaxation
• Breathing practice
• Stretching
• Yoga postures (asanas)
• Meditation

Each component is designed to complement and interact with the others, rather than functioning as isolated elements.

Exploring the Breath

We dedicate specific time simply to breathing.
• Breathing exercises (pranayama)
• Breath-awareness techniques
• Meditation
• Introduction to mudras, bandhas, sensory exploration
• Deep relaxation

Developing the Practice

With consistent practice, students learn to strengthen their ability to perceive the current state of their bodies, becoming increasingly available to sensation and to the direct, embodied experience of the present moment.

In this state of greater awareness, change can occur—not through force, but as a natural unfolding.

• Movement tends to become more precise and more effortless.
• The person feels more alive and available.
• Excessive tension and unnecessary effort can dissolve.
• Clarity of intention can release, focus, and organize energies that were previously inaccessible.

Who Is This For?

This approach is highly relevant for anyone interested in a deeper exploration of the body. No previous experience is required—only curiosity and a willingness to engage sincerely with the practice.

Two Attitudinal Pillars

In my classes, students are encouraged to experience:

1. Relaxation is the first step toward change.
2. Kindness toward oneself is one of the greatest acts of self-love.

Learning Environment

The sessions are educational, meditative, positive, and relaxing. Questions are not only permitted but welcomed. Participation is always voluntary, and each individual is encouraged to use their own self-assessment to determine what feels comfortable and appropriate at any given moment.

I also include time for questions and answers, as well as open dialogue whenever it arises naturally and serves the learning process.

My Background

For the past 16 years, I have been accompanying people on this path. My particular interest has focused on women’s health, with special attention to:
• The lymphatic system
• The nervous system
• Improving mobility and stability
• Strategies that help us feel lighter, freer, and more agile

My regular clients include active individuals, athletes, artists, and professionals. Over the years, I have also worked with people facing significant health challenges, including:

• Bone cancer
• Liver cancer
• Parkinson’s disease
• Lymphedema
• Alzheimer’s disease
• Pulmonary and cardiovascular conditions
• Addictions

This experience has taught me that yoga is not a practice reserved for “healthy” or “flexible” bodies. It is a tool for connection that is available to every body, in every circumstance.

Final Note

What I offer is not a fixed method, therefore it is a space where each person—starting from their actual condition—can relate to their body, breath, and mind in an honest, kind, and increasingly conscious way. It is not about meeting expectations. It is about being available to what emerges.

Treatments Available on Request

As an independent practitioner, I am available for:

Guided online sessions (yoga, breathing, meditation)
In-person sessions
Shiatsu treatments
Reflexology RLD (LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE) treatments

These bodywork therapies deeply complement the practice of yoga by working directly with the nervous system, the lymphatic system, and the musculoskeletal structure.
